1) At each stage of the transaction, your sale will be overseen by our Branch Managers and also Directors where needed.
2)Â Our services remain free of charge until the point of a sales completion (excluding pre-agreed additional marketing). When we market a home on a no-sale-no-fee basis it ensures we have full motivation to make the sale work for all involved.

3) When we’re invited out to value your property we’ll bring a range of information with us, such as comparable data from similar properties sold in the area. We’re more than happy to impart professional advice and leave you with the peace of mind that we’re genuinely passionate about what we do and the perfect people to help you sell your property.
4) Once instructed, our Administration team will have your advert ready to launch to online portals within a matter of days (subject to professional photos).

5) All of our marketing is produced with the greatest of faith in its accuracy. All brochures get sent to you, the owner, before listing and we will only launch the advert if we have had confirmation from the owner (in some cases, if you are happy to launch without seeing the initial marketing we will need written confirmation). We aspire to offer transparent, but interesting content for both buyers and sellers.

7) All viewings can be accompanied by a trained Property Consultant who will have been provided with the correct information about your home and the area around you, as well as property brochures.
8) Each client who instructs Minors & Brady will receive a weekly update on the progress of their sale. Whether we’ve had lots of viewings or perhaps it’s been a quiet week, we will assess what could be changed to help encourage interest. This could involve new photography, changing the write-up or altering adverts to pro-actively make a positive change.

9) All enquiries are dealt with within 24 hours and we’ve been known to respond within a matter of minutes. However, if they’re on a Saturday evening it might be the Monday until they’re actioned.
10)Â Once the sale has been agreed, our dedicated Sales Progression team will chase your sale, providing you with weekly updates or sooner if we have any information or updates. The team will also be there to offer support and answer any questions you may have.
