Once instructed, we will start contacting our pre-qualified mailing list of tenants on the same day to create a ‘buzz’ about the property being newly listed. Current government legislation requires all rented properties to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR), and a Gas Safety Certificate (GSC) if applicable, which we can organise on your behalf.

We offer to carry out viewings on your behalf and will provide honest feedback on every application, based not only on the information provided but also on our insights after meeting the potential tenants. After all, you can only learn so much from a form.
