Our Ethos

Communication is key

Working with Minors & Brady means you won't be waiting for phone calls or wondering why nobody has been in touch. Communication is at the forefront of our ethos, which is underpinned by our five-star reviews from clients who have tested and proven our process. Our team will regularly work in the evenings and at weekends to make sure our home-movers are kept fully up to date.

Trust

Our integrity, reliability and openness form the foundation of everything we do at Minors & Brady. Naturally, there may be ups and downs with the selling process along the way, however our experience means we tackle any issues head-on and that's why our service so highly recommended. When buying, selling or letting through Minors & Brady, rest assured we always work within the guidelines of The Property Ombudsman.

Independence

Our business is owned by Jamie Minors & Alex Brady. Both born and bred in Norfolk, this local ownership and owner run business means we know the region inside out and have the flexibility to change, evolve and adapt to the times. Our marketing can be changed quickly to suit the market! Being independent also means we can immerse ourselves in communities and support local events.

Being a part of the community

We are extremely grateful for the support our local communities show to us, therefore we strongly believe in giving back. We donate to St. Johns School Charity in Hoveton every year and sponsor various sports team events across Norfolk and Suffolk. Within more recent years we've even done a sponsored 24-hour bike ride plus a sponsored walk between all our branches for MIND Charity. Our property experts immerse themselves in their communities and at each branch, we have local staff living in the village or town who really understand each community.
