Fee Structure:
Full Management – 12% + VAT of monthly rent (14.4% inc VAT)
Rent Collection – 8% + VAT of monthly rent (9.6% inc VAT)
Tenant Find Service – 100% + VAT of the 1st months rent (120% inc VAT)
Additional Charges:
Rent & Legal Protection Insurance – additional 4.2% of monthly rent (no VAT on insurance)

The maximum the tenant will be charged shall not exceed the remaining rent due under the tenancy agreement or that of the likely void period until a replacement tenant is found.
If you refuse to complete a letting of the Property after you have approved it in principle and after the prospective tenant has committed funds to the transaction in terms of a holding deposit then you agree to pay to Minors & Brady a fee of £500 plus VAT in addition to any invoices for any work arranged on your behalf.
