This is our entry-level package and ensures the basics are complied with upon trying to source you the best tenant fit. Whilst this package ensures the initial sourcing of a tenant is completed and takes the hassle away from you having to organise this, afterwards, you’re unsupported.

This service won’t include us being able to collect your rent (and chase up if not paid), manage any maintenance queries that crop up, ensure on-going compliance with your property or conduct frequent property inspections. 

Rent Collection

This next package sees us be able to source as suitable tenant as per above, with the added benefit of organising rent collection and chasing this should there be any issues. Many landlords take comfort in the fact they know someone will be on managing the rent without them having to get involved. 

We can also manage rent reviews and tenancy renewals, along with providing rent statements. With us being involved with the market on a daily basis, we can effectively manage rent reviews to ensure you’re maximising your investment.

Our expert team of Property Managers will work with you to form a close connection. We strictly cap the number of properties each Manager handles to ensure they can handle the end-to-end service perfectly.
