“Over the past 10 years, I have held five different roles, gaining experience across every part of the business. I started as a Trainee Property Consultant and worked my way through the sales progression ladder, becoming the company’s youngest-ever Branch Manager and later an Area Director.
Throughout my career, I developed a strong passion for supporting and developing others. From delivering training sessions and mentoring new team members to helping colleagues reach their full potential, I always strived to bring out the very best in the people I managed during my time leading a branch.

“I joined Minors & Brady with no estate agency experience whatsoever, but I received all the support and guidance I needed and have now been with the company for over five years.
During that time, I progressed from a Trainee Sales Progressor to leading a team of eight Sales Progressors. I work closely with the Directors to ensure the department runs smoothly, maximise team performance, and successfully progress my own sales.
