We have a new development called Cliff Field and the site fees slightly increase for each banding, these are £5375 for a standard holiday home, £5895 for a villa holiday home and will be £6495 for a lodge.

The difference in the Cliff Field development is that you have full/partial sea views, a tarmac driving space and piped in gas.

Your pitch fee is billed in September each year. A pitch reservation fee is payable by the 31st October and the balance no later than the 31st January, or you can spread the cost with our interest free monthly payment plan over 9 or 12 months.

Included in the Pitch Fees: Landscaped Ground Maintenance, Grass Cutting and Edging, Refuse Collection, Street Lighting, Superfast Internet.
