Head of Land & New Homes

With over 20 years of experience in the property sector, Charlotte brings a wealth of expertise in land and new home developments. A former Head of Sales and Marketing, she has a deep understanding of both the client and agency sides of the industry.
Charlotte holds a degree in Real Estate Management and Building Surveying Practices and is a specialist in New Homes marketing. As a member of the Norfolk Construction Committee, she stays at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.
Her extensive track record includes building and selling over 500 units annually and working on joint ventures with some of the UK’s largest PLC housebuilders. She also has a strong background in the affordable housing sector, with in-depth knowledge of local and national policies, procurement, S106 agreements, and the delivery of not-for-profit schemes.
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and two German Pointers. She loves the great outdoors—whether it’s horse riding, playing adventure hide and seek, or exploring Norfolk’s stunning coastline and countryside pursuits.
