Jack brings valuable expertise in affordable home ownership to the Minors & Brady team, having worked extensively across Norfolk and Suffolk with both housing associations and private developers. With over three years’ experience in Shared Ownership and Help to Buy, Jack was originally recruited by Charlotte at Flagship Homes and quickly became known for his energy, focus, and strong client relationships.

Jack’s deep understanding of the affordable housing market – and the buyer journey from enquiry through to completion – makes him a key asset to our New Homes division. In his role, he is responsible for driving new homes sales and supporting our New Homes Champions across all offices, helping ensure every development performs to its full potential.

Jack is passionate about making the process of buying a new home clear and achievable for every buyer, and he’s proud to play a part in helping clients take their next step on the property ladder.
