Kris Pearce has been a valued part of the Minors & Brady team since 2021. As Branch Manager, Kris is passionate about the strong work ethos and camaraderie within the team. He enjoys mentoring his colleagues and takes great pride in seeing them put his guidance into practice. With over 25 years of experience in the property industry, Kris’s dedication remains as strong as ever. He finds immense satisfaction in helping clients achieve their dream of owning a forever home, considering the moment they receive their keys one of the most rewarding aspects of his role.

Outside of work, Kris enjoys walking, which he finds beneficial for both the mind and soul, and he’s an avid supporter of Norwich City Football Club. A fun fact about Kris? He once biked alongside wild ostriches during a safari in South Africa!
