Her background has equipped her with excellent organisation, attention to detail and communication skills – all essential in supporting clients through the sales process.

As an Aftersales Progressor, Alicia is passionate about providing a smooth and supportive experience, ensuring every client feels confident and supported from offer all the way through to completion.

Outside of work, Alicia enjoys socialising with friends and family as well as spending time outdoors, walking with her four dogs.
