Andrew has over 15 years of experience in the property industry, specialising in lettings and sales. He previously managed a successful lettings agency in South Africa and has built a diverse career spanning property, HR, training, and business management. Throughout his career, he has led a variety of businesses, developing strong operational and people-management expertise.

Since relocating to the UK in December 2019, Andrew has worked in operational roles across both the retail and education sectors. However, his passion for property, particularly lettings, has drawn him back to the industry, leading him to join the team at Minors & Brady.

Andrew and his family are happily settled in Norfolk and enjoy being active members of the local community. Outside of work, much of his time is spent on the sidelines of rugby pitches supporting his sons, while his daughter proudly serves as a rugby referee. The whole family are devoted supporters of the Springboks rugby team.

When he’s not immersed in property or rugby, Andrew enjoys gardening and is a self-confessed novice gardener. He finds great relaxation and satisfaction in spending time in the garden, as well as enjoying long walks in the Norfolk countryside.
