Property Consultant

Emma joined the Castle Homes team earlier this year, bringing with her a strong enthusiasm for property management. With a background in renovating her own homes, she has gained hands-on experience in DIY and property maintenance, developing a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.

She holds a degree in Psychology and Criminology and the knowledge she gained, continues to support her communication and understanding of people - skills that complement her customer service experience perfectly. Having worked in customer-facing roles throughout her career, Emma has built excellent interpersonal and service abilities, which she now applies to supporting both tenants and landlords.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys staying active through regular exercise, spending quality time with her family, and making memories on outings with her young children.
