A promise made and proudly kept!

When we opened the doors to our Diss branch, it marked more than just a new chapter for our business - it was also the beginning of a commitment we felt deeply passionate about. From day one, we promised that 10% of the profits from our first 12 months of trading would be given back to two charities close to our hearts: East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) and PACT Animal Sanctuary. We’re incredibly proud to say that this promise has now been fulfilled.

This week, our team had the privilege of visiting both charities to personally hand over the cheques, and it was a truly humbling experience. EACH provides vital care and support to children with life‑threatening conditions and their families across our region, offering comfort, compassion and specialist care when it’s needed most. PACT Animal Sanctuary, based right here in Norfolk, carries out incredible work rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming animals, while also providing essential care for local wildlife. Seeing first‑hand the impact these organisations make every day reinforced just how important their work is within our community.

Giving back locally has always been a core value for us, and supporting charities that make a meaningful difference feels like a natural extension of what we do. We’re so proud to stand by the commitment we made when opening our Diss branch, and grateful to be in a position where we can support causes that align so closely with our values.
