Former Connells Group National Managing Director Signs with Minors & Brady as Growth Director

With more than 26 years of leadership experience in the property sector, Giles brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise and strategic insight to the high-performing estate agency. During his distinguished career with Connells Group, he held responsibility for approximately 1,000 branches nationwide, helping to drive performance, develop leadership teams and deliver sustained commercial success.
In his role with Minors & Brady, Giles will support the group's ambitious growth strategy across its sales, lettings and mortgage divisions, while also helping to identify and develop additional services for the wider business. He will work closely with Jamie, Alex, and the leadership team to enhance operational performance, strengthen systems and processes, and further develop the company's internal training and development programmes.
Giles will also play a key role in supporting the continued growth of Minors & Brady's leadership structure, helping to nurture talent across the business and ensure the organisation remains well-positioned for long-term success.
