Minors & Brady, the East of England’s largest owner-run estate agency, is proud to announce the opening of its newest office in Bury St. Edmunds, officially launched on 8 June 2026. This marks the company’s ninth branch and a significant milestone in its continued growth across East Anglia.
Building on a strong presence throughout Norfolk, and the continued success of its Diss office, Minors & Brady is now expanding further into Suffolk. The new Bury St. Edmunds branch will support homeowners, buyers, sellers and landlords across West Suffolk and surrounding parts of Cambridgeshire.
A Natural Next Step
As one of East Anglia’s most historic and thriving market towns, Bury St. Edmunds represents an exciting new chapter for the business. The new office enables Minors & Brady to bring its modern approach to estate agency, combining innovative marketing, expert local knowledge and a customer-first ethos to a wider audience.
To mark the launch and give back to the local community, the Bury St. Edmunds branch will be donating 5% of its profits during its first 12 months to two important charities: Dogs Trust and St Nicholas Hospice Care.
A Proud Milestone
Jamie Minors and Alex Brady commented:
“Opening our ninth branch is a proud moment for everyone at Minors & Brady. The success of our Diss office demonstrated the demand for our approach across the region, and Bury St. Edmunds was the natural next step. It’s a vibrant and thriving market town with a fantastic community, and we’re excited to help more homeowners across Suffolk and parts of Cambridgeshire achieve their property goals.”
Supporting Property Across Suffolk
This expansion reflects Minors & Brady’s continued commitment to investing in the communities it serves. The Bury St. Edmunds team will provide access to a full range of residential sales and lettings services, delivering the same high standards the company is known for across the region.
