How to Submit a Referral:

Simply email the following details to luke@minorsandbrady.co.uk with the subject line “LANDLORDREWARD” to qualify:

• Landlord’s full name
• Contact number
• Email address
• Rental property address

How It Works:

Refer a landlord who owns a rental property and is looking for a new agent.

When they sign up for our Full Management Service, you’ll receive:

• One month’s management fee free

Landlord Referral Terms & Conditions:

• The referrer must have a property currently managed by Minors & Brady.
• The referred landlord must sign up to our Full Management Service to qualify.
• Reward: One month’s management fee free per property, capped at £200 including VAT.
• Referral rewards credited within 30 days of receiving the first management fee from the referred landlord.
• Referrals must be submitted from 22nd January 2026 onwards, and referrals received before this date are not eligible.
• Referrals must be emailed over to luke@minorsandbrady.co.uk with the subject line 'LANDLORDREFERRAL' to be eligible.
• Limited-time offer; may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
• Properties must fall within NR1–NR35, unless otherwise agreed. If property falls outside this area, please contact us directly.
• One reward per property signed to the Full Management service. For multiple properties, the cheapest management fee will be free.
