Amy joined Norfolk Mortgages in January 2026 and brings extensive industry knowledge to her role as a Mortgage and Protection Specialist. Having worked in the mortgage and protection sector since 2018, she has built a strong foundation of expertise across a wide range of client needs. Amy specialises in supporting everyone from first‑time buyers taking their first steps onto the property ladder to experienced portfolio landlords and clients managing multi‑let properties.

Known for her approachable manner and commitment to providing clear, tailored guidance, Amy takes pride in helping clients feel confident at every stage of their property journey.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending quality time with her fiancé and their two young children. She also has a passion for Pilates and loves cooking as a way to unwind and be creative.
