Caladon began his career in estate agency at just 18 years old and has been passionate about the industry ever since. His favourite part of the role is working with clients who have struggled to sell their homes with other agents - taking pride in guiding them through the process and ultimately helping them achieve a successful sale.

Known for his dedication and problem-solving approach, Caladon enjoys building strong relationships with clients and delivering results where others have fallen short.

Outside of work, Caladon is an avid golfer and has played most of the courses across Norfolk. He also loves to travel with his partner, with a particular goal of visiting every island in the Caribbean.
