Isabelle began her career as a receptionist in a hospital, where she worked closely with patients and their families, as well as medical staff across the department.

In a previous role, Isabelle worked as an Administrator for a facilities management company, supporting a wide range of commercial and domestic clients and properties. She assisted with reactive maintenance issues, coordinated engineers to carry out repairs and maintenance, and ensured that reports and certifications were completed and distributed in a timely manner.

Isabelle brings this knowledge and experience, alongside her friendly and approachable nature, to help tenants and landlords throughout their tenancies and provide the best possible support.

Having purchased her first home with her fiancé last year, Isabelle spends much of her spare time working on home improvement projects and making their house a home. She also enjoys spending time with their two cats, Amber and Jasper.
