Joshua has a strong background in customer-facing roles, having built his career within home insurance at Aviva, where he developed a solid foundation in customer service. He then progressed into an induction training role before advancing to a supervisory position within the home insurance department, gaining valuable experience in leadership and team management.

Joshua has long been motivated to pursue a career within the property sector. His initial experience in home insurance was a strategic step to develop a deeper understanding of residential properties, which has supported his transition into a property consultant role. He is passionate about meeting new people, building meaningful relationships, and guiding clients through significant life decisions. He takes great pride in helping individuals find their ideal home and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Outside of work, Joshua enjoys an active and social lifestyle. He can often be found playing darts at the pub, on the golf course, or spending time outdoors, particularly bird watching, which he finds both relaxing and rewarding.
