Senior Negotiator

Kian McLean has been working in the property industry since the age of 18, gaining valuable experience and building a strong reputation for his commitment and results. After joining Minors and Brady as a Property Consultant, Kian has continued to grow within the business and now plays a key role as a Senior Negotiator. 

Originally from Bedfordshire, Kian moved to Norfolk at a young age and has since developed a deep understanding of the local area - knowledge he brings to every client interaction. Outside of the office, Kian is a passionate footballer and long-time player for Blofield FC, dedicating his weekends to the sport. He’s also a fan of house music and enjoys winding down with his favourite tracks.
