Lee Mortier, our Director of People, began his career as a trainee and quickly rose through the ranks thanks to his passion, dedication, and relentless pursuit of excellence. Over the years, he has held multiple key positions, allowing him to develop a well-rounded and deep understanding of the industry.
 
Outside of work, Lee is a passionate supporter of local businesses, particularly local dining establishments. He has a special affinity for The Stanley, a celebrated culinary gem in NR3, where he often advocates for the importance of community-driven support.
