Her extensive career spans multiple industries, with recent experience leading marketing initiatives for renowned automotive brands such as Porsche and Harley-Davidson.

Known for her all-in, hands-on approach, Lois brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise across every aspect of marketing - from brand strategy and content creation to digital campaigns, events, and beyond. She’s driven by innovation and is always looking for fresh, impactful ways to elevate a brand’s presence and connect with new audiences. 

As Head of Marketing, she’s not only a strategic leader but also a collaborative partner, committed to building something bold, exciting, and meaningful for Minors & Brady. Outside of her professional world, Lois enjoys spending quality time with her fiancé, friends and family, baking delicious sweet treats, and dancing any chance she gets.
