Luke Savins, our Head of Lettings, brings over a decade of rich industry experience. His journey into the field was sparked by his personal experience with a less-than-ideal rental service for his family property, which ignited a passion for improving the lettings industry. Since then, Luke has worked with numerous agencies across Norfolk, channeling his expertise into making meaningful, positive changes.
 
Throughout his career, Luke has overseen the management of more than 4,000 tenancies across residential and commercial properties, acquiring a deep well of knowledge. At Minors and Brady, his leadership has been nothing short of exceptional—he has tripled the size of his team, ensuring every applicant receives the highest level of care, and nearly doubled the property portfolio under management for our landlords.
 
Now a proud father, Luke enjoys spending quality time with his family, exploring Norfolk's beautiful coastlines and natural wonders. His passion for nature extends to teaching his daughter about the fascinating world of Norfolk’s wildlife, particularly its many "creepy crawlies." Beyond family time, Luke is an avid computer enthusiast, a skill that proves invaluable in his day-to-day role.
