Nicola joined Minors and Brady in January 2025, bringing over a decade of experience in the property industry. She has a passion for guiding clients through every stage of their journey, whether they’re first-time buyers, downsizers, or returning clients. She takes pride in making the moving process as smooth and stress-free as possible and finds it especially rewarding to help older clients who need extra support.

Before joining Minors and Brady, Nicola’s dedication and success in sales earned her a promotion to manager in her previous role. She thrives on building lasting relationships and loves when clients return or recommend her services.

Outside of work, Nicola enjoys keeping active with gym sessions and running—balanced with a love for socializing and a good drink! She has a large friend circle, a passion for travel, and a small Jack Russell cross who’s nothing short of a local celebrity.
