Richard has recently joined the Minors and Brady team as a Trainee Property Manager, bringing with him a wealth of experience from the hospitality industry. He began his career managing restaurants before moving into hotel and cleaning management. Through these roles, Richard has developed a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Outside of work, Richard enjoys a round of golf at Mundesley Golf Club and spending quality time with his wife, Laura, and their two children, Olly and Myla. A self-confessed foodie, Richard can often be found exploring new restaurants or street food vendors with family and friends whenever he gets the chance. He is also a passionate football fan and regularly visits Hillsborough to watch his favourite team, Sheffield Wednesday.
