Jamie found the business in December 2014 after 6 years in estate agency and a long term plan to open his own firm. Having left Thorpe St Andrew 6th form with his A Levels, he found himself besotted with the property industry and worked his way up from a Trainee right through to Branch Manager working with some of Norfolk's best estate agents. Jamie is the heart of the office who never seems to stop, whether this is arranging viewings, booking valuations or negotiating offers for our clients. "Our award winning team are very much a business based on the old phrase, 'quality over quantity'. The majority of our clients will appreciate that selling a home can be an extremely exciting but stressful process, which is why we are completely devoted to making that move easier." In his spare time Jamie plays football as a 'centre half' for North Walsham first team and as a resident of Salhouse, enjoys walks on the Salhouse Broad.
Alex has been an estate agent since leaving school and prior to combining his forces with Jamie, Alex had spent three years managing a flagship office for one of the nation's largest estate agents, selling a high range of properties across Norfolk. He has unrivalled determination and valuable experience at all stages of the moving process. His role in the office is to carry out property valuations, create individual marketing strategies for each property and create the best possible adverts for our clients. "This has been years in the planning, to offer people a successful combination of tools to give you the best chance of selling your home. We are friendly people, not robots. Every property, planned move and situation could be completely different, so an individual marketing strategy needs to be set our from the start." Alex enjoys watching a variety of sport, including football, cricket and polo, along with spending time with his fiancee Chelsea, his dog Cassius and his family. He is also the Chairman of North Walsham Town FC.
Lettings Manager & Consultant
Adam was head hunted from a national estate agent in Norwich, having previously worked under a variety of customer service based jobs. His interest in property begun when he helped with the restoration of the family homes Grade II Listed property. His role in the office is to carefully handle your sale once a buyer has been found, to assertively chase solicitors, resolve survey issues and agree moving dates. Alongside Jamie, Adam looks after the lettings department and property management which is all handled in one office. "I'm delighted to be part of this positive and successful team in Wroxham, where service is paramount and our reputation is built upon quality, each and every time." In his spare time Adam enjoys skiing, has a strong interest in fashion and enjoys European breaks.
Lee is an extremely energetic member of the office who leads with an enthusiastic approach to finding buyer to property. Lee predominantly books and carries out property viewings and his hunger has lead to him sale agreeing circa £40m worth of property in his first year at Minors & Brady. Lee also enjoys speaking to every client weekly, where he updates them all on the progress of interest levels and general market conditions. "It's a pleasure to work within an industry where the client appreciates the extra effort we put into our day to day roles. Having worked within hospitality previously, it's clear that the house buying and selling process can be a 'rollercoaster', but clear communication makes it easier for everyone." In his spare time, Lee is a keen music fan and will often be planning his next gig or weekend away.
Head of After Sales
Having previously ran the events side of a luxury, boutique hotel, Emily joins the team with valuable organisational skills and a desire to deliver the very best results for her clients. Emily grew up in the local village of Salhouse and knows the local area phenomenally well, along with her family who also live in Salhouse and Wroxham itself. Once we've found you a buyer, Emily's role is to guide you through the after sales process ensuring you are kept informed with the legal situation. She'll be updating you, your buyer and liaising between other buyers and sellers involved in the chain. In her spare time, Emily is a lover of the waterside and will often be walking around the various hot-spots of our beautiful county. She is also known for her love of films and has been excellent in local pub quizzes! If you see Emily in the MInors & Brady Fiat 500, give her a beep!
Charlie is an experienced estate agent having joined a corporate firm at the early age of 17, he then chose Minors & Brady as the firm he believed matched his passion for property. Charlie is also well travelled and worked at a property firm in Australia. This valuable insight into other firms practices has given Minors & Brady an additional edge in some of our marketing, which has delivered fantastic results for Charlie's clients. Along with the other property consultants, Charlie works tirelessly matching buyer to seller, ensuring each potential buyer is contacted and offered the most suitable properties for them across Norfolk. Chelsea supports the team by ensuring our office is organised and paperwork properly handled. Whether it's adjusting brochures, changing window cards or filing invoices, every part of her involvement is essential to our offices running as smoothly as they do. Chelsea is soon to be marrying Alex Brady (Director) and together they have a new born baby, Autumn.
Having grown up in Hellesdon, Charlie previously worked at an estate agent in the city, but he is now going through the Minors & Brady training programme to ensure he works to the same ethos and quality as the rest of the team. His enthusiasm is unrivalled and despite his lack of experience, he is always on hand to find answers even if he doesn't know them. Clients have been very complimentary of his friendly and positive nature, which will go a long way to in achieving our end result, customer satisfaction. Charlie is also studying a level 3 NVQ in Business Administration.
